  • Your choice of clothes may include leggings, casual pants or shorts, a t-shirt and/or a jumper

  • Australia's national junior program, MyGolf, is a more suitable program for 5-12 year olds (visit www.mygolf.org.au for further information).

Can I buy my own Swing Fit equipment?

  • At this stage, Swing Fit equipment is not available to purchase

What happens if it is raining when my session(s) is planned?

  • As golf is an outdoor sport, you may encounter poor weather at some point.
  • Depending on the severity of the conditions, your deliverer may use some slightly poor weather as an opportunity to teach you about playing in the rain
  • If conditions are not suitable outside, your deliverer may move you indoors
  • Always feel free to contact your Swing Fit centre prior to the session if you are unsure about whether to travel to a session.

Are all deliverers qualified?

  • Yes. Deliverers must have completed training before delivering a Swing Fit program.
